Terms & conditions

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Premium Residential Care Pty Ltd, trading as PRC Management (PRC, we, us or our). By using this website, submitting an enquiry or requesting an assessment, you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions.

2. PRC's role

PRC provides residential maintenance coordination services. PRC acts as a management layer between clients and selected service providers, helping organise recurring property maintenance, allocate relevant providers, coordinate visits and maintain clearer service records and follow-up.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a confirmed service agreement, individual maintenance tasks may be carried out by third-party service providers coordinated by PRC.

3. Website information and enquiries

Information on this website is general information about PRC's services. Submitting an enquiry, selecting a package online or requesting an assessment does not by itself create a confirmed subscription or require PRC to provide a service.

PRC may need additional property information, an inspection or other clarification before confirming availability, scope, frequency and price.

4. Packages, pricing and inspection

Package descriptions and prices shown on the website are intended to describe PRC's standard recurring maintenance options. Package pricing and inclusions may be subject to variation following inspection or assessment of the property and requested scope.

If a standard package does not suit the property, you may request a custom package. Any initial estimate for a custom arrangement is subject to inspection and final confirmation by PRC.

5. Existing service providers

You may ask PRC to discuss retaining an existing service provider as part of your maintenance arrangement. If you provide that provider's details, you authorise PRC to contact them for the purpose of discussing the proposed arrangement. Acceptance of an existing provider is subject to PRC's assessment and any requirements applicable to the service.

6. Service providers and service delivery

PRC may allocate or coordinate independent service providers according to the agreed maintenance scope. Service timing can be affected by matters such as provider availability, weather, property access, materials, safety requirements and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

PRC's provider-management process may include worksite declarations, job start and finish records, before-and-after photographs, materials used, incident reporting and client confirmation where relevant.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete, tell PRC about relevant property access or safety issues, obtain any authority or consent required for PRC and service providers to access the property, and notify PRC if circumstances affecting the requested services change.

8. Subscriptions and payments

PRC may offer weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annual payment schedules depending on the service arrangement. The final subscription amount, payment method, inspection fee (if any), commencement date and other commercial terms will be confirmed before the subscription is finalised.

Where payment details are required, they should be provided only through the payment method or secure facility nominated by PRC.

9. Changes, suspension and cancellation

Any minimum term, notice period, cancellation right, pause arrangement, refund treatment or fee applying to a confirmed subscription will be set out in the applicable customer service agreement or checkout terms. Nothing in these website terms changes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, services come with statutory guarantees, including that they are provided with due care and skill and, where applicable, are fit for a disclosed purpose and provided within a reasonable time where no time has been agreed.

11. Website availability and accuracy

PRC aims to keep website information accurate and available, but information may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Images, examples and descriptions are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. If website information conflicts with a final written service agreement, the service agreement will apply to that service arrangement, subject to applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, graphics, copy and design on this website are owned by or licensed to PRC. You may view and use the website for your personal or internal business purposes, but you must not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.

13. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. PRC is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites, and use of third-party systems may also be subject to their own terms.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRC is not liable for loss arising solely from your reliance on general website information, your failure to provide accurate property information, or matters outside PRC's reasonable control. This clause does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising under non-excludable consumer guarantees.

15. Privacy

PRC handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes relating to these terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
